The Annual General Meeting was held in Doha in conjunction with the World Petroleum Congress. Participating cities included Aberdeen, Atyrau, Calgary, Dammam, Doha, Houston, Luanda, Malabo, Perth, Port Harcourt, St. John’s, Stavanger and Tomsk.

The City of Rio de Janeiro joined as new member at the AGM.

Mayor Dennis O’Keefe of St. John’s was elected as new President and Mayor Mohammed Al Sayed of Doha as Vice President.
