The Annual General Meeting was held in Perth. Participating cities included Aberdeen, Calgary, Dammam, Daqing, Doha, Halifax, Houston, Luanda, Perth, St. John’s and Stavanger.

The cities of Atyrau (Kazakhstan) and Tomsk (Russia) joined as new members at the AGM.

Chief Development Officer Andrew Icken replaced Anthony Hall as Mayor Parker’s designee and Secretary General of WECP.
