The City of Kuala Lumpur attended the Working Meeting in Houston as an observer and officially joined as a new member at the AGM.

The Annual General Meeting was held in Stavanger. Participating cities included Aberdeen, Dammam, Daqing, Doha, Dongying, Esbjerg, Halifax, Houston, Karamay, Kuala Lumpur, Perth, Rio de Janeiro, St. John’s and Stavanger.

The City of Cape Town attended the AGM as an observer.
