Houston held a conference on “Emergency Preparedness” on February 22-23.

The Annual General Meeting took place in Villahermosa on May 7-9. Participating cities were Aberdeen, Houston, Villahermosa and Stavanger.

Maracaibo (Venezuela) and Daqing (China) joined as new members.
